Radio employees pledge to weed out corruption | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, Dec 17: In continuation with the weeklong vigilance awareness campaign, the employees of Radio Kashmir Jammu (RKJ) today pledged to weed out corruption prevailing in the society. In this connection, the employees displayed catchy anti-corruption slogans, sketches and cartoons at prominent spots within the premises of the station to denounce the ills of corruption prevailing in the society. A number of slogans and jingles are already being broadcast over primary channel of Radio Kashmir Jammu in important programmes like Shubh Prabhat and Sainikon Ke Liye. These slogans, through which general masses are being made aware about the ills of corruption with remedial measures, are broadcast on the request of investigation agencies as part of the awareness campaign. Meanwhile, employees of Radio Kashmir Jammu have pledged to weed out corruption from the society and help the authorities in bringing accountability and transparency in the system. Those who took the pledge included V K Matoo, Sanjay Bhat, Harish Kaila, Kamal Kishore, Rajesh Bhat, Bachan Lal, Sunder Lal, Manisha Sharma, Ravi Magotra, Shakeel Bakshi, Sunil Bhat, H L Bagati and others. Station Engineer, V P Yadav, who is a man of integrity, has appreciated the noble gesture of the employees and assured them all help in their drive against corruption.
