| JSWM regrets failure of screening of ‘Ziyarat’ | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu Dec 17: JSWM-Productions Mumbai regretted that "Ziyarat" a production of said house could not be released in Jammu as scheduled on 2nd December 2011 despite all out efforts due to a situation beyond our control.
According to a press statement issued from Mumbai, Suresh K Goswami Producer/Director JSWM regretted that "ZIYARAT" JSWM~ Productions film could not be released in Jammu as scheduled on 2ndDecember 2011 despite all our efforts due to a situation beyond our control. The whole process of conceiving, producing and then finally exhibiting this film was sabotaged when on the release date a different film was put up for screening in the HARI theatre, Jammu despite the pre-booking ,reservation and the theatre advance payment concluded almost 20 days before the release date. “Ziyarat was a sincere effort to promote brotherhood, regional Integration, local culture and National Integration, a much needed Genre in the present Kashmir, he added.
Regretting the cancellation of schedule, he said that inconvenience caused to the various organizations, our supporters and the Jammu &. Kashmir audience is heartfelt and we sincerely apologize.
