| BPPF delegation met CM | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU , December 17 : A deputation of the Bhadarwah People’s Progressive Forum (BPPF) comprising its President Abdul Hafeez Fanihad met Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah at Dak Banglow Bhadarwah and stressed upon their demand to declare Bhadarwah as District .
The deputation said that previously Bhadarwah was wazarat and Pt. Prem Nath Ji Dogra was Wazir – e - Wazarat Bhadarwah and this prestigious status of Bhadarwah be restored to Bhadarwah, . They demanded that besides this Bhadarwah Tehsil should be divided in to 4 blocks which should be Athkhar Block, Bhalla block, Chinta block, besides Bhadarwah block.
The Chief Minister gave a patient hearing to the deputation and assured to consider the genuine demands through proper means.
The others present on the occasion included Lala Chaman Lal Mehta, Tek Chand Kotwal, Mohammad Iqbal Mughal and Abdul Hamid.
