JAMMU, Dec 17:N N Vohra, Governor, has condoled the sad demise of Suman Daluja, wife of Raj Daluja, Editor-in-Chief, State Times, Jammu, who passed away yesterday.
The Governor expressed sympathy with Daluja and other members of the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
