| Gupta inaugurates WSS at Karyara | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
KATHUA, DECEMBER 17-Member of Legislative Council (MLC), Subash Gupta today dedicated 5000 gallon discharge capacity deep drill tube well to the inhabitants of Karyara in Hiranagar teshil.The construction work of tube well including laying of water supply pipes has been completed at cost of Rs. 9 lakhs under Water Supply Scheme.
Addressing a public meeting after inauguration of the WSS at Karyara Mr. Gupta reiterated Government's determination to provide improved basic amenities to the people, adding that it has taken several bold and reformative decisions for development of core sectors in every nook and corner of the State.
The MLC said the execution of developmental projects under various sectors, especially for upgradation of road connectivity, safe drinking water, power, health, education besides improving drains facilities have been taken up on priority and are being completed in targeted time for the early benefit of the masses of the State. He called upon the people not to waste drinking water unnecessarily and use it judiciously
