| Suhail of J&K Forest wins gold in Billiards | | Forest soccer team qualifies for final in the All India Forest Sports Meet | |

Jammu Dec 18: Suhail Khalid of J&K Forest Department bagged gold medal in Billiards in the ongoing 19th All India Forest Sports meet at Dehradun in Uttrakhand.
Official spokesperson today stated that Suhail defeated ICFRE Player by 200-130 points in the final match. Earlier in a semifinal match Suhail beat his opponent from Arunachal Pradesh.
Meanwhile, Jammu and Kashmir Forest Football team has qualified for the final match and will take on Goa Forest Team in the final match on Monday. In Cricket, J&K Forest team thrashed Wild Life Institute of India (WLII) Uttar Pradesh in the quarterfinal match and qualified for the semifinal. Bating first, J&K Forest team projected a score of 162 runs for the loss of only five (05) wickets. Mohammad Aslam scored 89 runs for J&K forest team and in its reply WLII team could manage only 78 runs.
Naseer Malik and Nazir Ahmad took two wickets each for the winning team while Shafqat, Amit and Khursheed took one wicket each for J&K Forest team. J&K Forest team will play its semifinal match on monday at Abhimanev Cricket Academy ground at Dehradun.
