Jammu, Dec 18: Dewan Badrinath Vidya Mandir (10+2) Amarvilla Talab Tillo and Dewan Badrinath Vidya Mandir Mubarak Mandi today celebrated Annual Day at Zorawar Singh Auditorium in Jammu University.
DC Rajouri Sheetal Nanda attended the occasion as chief guest on the occasion.
The programme started with Saraswati Vandana which was followed by the colourful cultural programme. The theme of the “Belle Dance” was based on “Hum Sub Ek Hai.” Earlier Suresh Sharma Director Academics Trust welcomed the Guests and Advisor presented annual reports of their respective branches.
Prominent present on the on the occasion included Thakur Diwakr Singh President Dharamarth Trust, Virenderjit Singh Chairman, Shrimati Dewanini V Badrinath Educational Trust.
The Advisors Lila Karan Sharma, Yash Paul Puri, Manager Trust Rajindra Kakkar, members of the Managing Committee, Principals/Headmasters and a large number of Permanent Citizens; parents and guardians. The show which was conducted jointly by Principal DBN Amarvilla Dr Baljeet Singh and Principal DBN Mubarak Mandi Mrs Indu Puri.
Dr Yoh Prakash Award- 2011 was also presented on the occasion to Late Kamal Nanda, Director Academics Posthumously which was received by his wife. The achievers in various fields were also honoured on the occasion.
In the end Rajinder Kakkar presented the vote of thanks.
