| Shree Chandi Mata Trust to organize ‘devotional song’ contest | | |

Jammu, Dec 18: With the blessings of holy deity Maa Chandi, the Shree Chandi Mata Trust, Jammu has pledged to construct Chandi Dham in Jammu and to organize a ‘devotional song’ competition.
The trust has decided to construct a replica of the Mata Chandi Dham so that the devotees of Maa Chandi could visit Shree Chandi Dham throughout the year and fulfill their wishes. “Shree Chandi Dham will be based on 200-250 kanals of land which will include temple of Maha Shakti, an office bearers said further adding, “besides there will be Satsang Bhawan, attractive garden, bathing ghat, arrangement of langer, cow-shed, rooms for stay of devotees, arrangements for the Kar Sewaks, parking facility etc.
Spokesperson said that a competition of ‘Bhajan (devotional song) recitation’ is going to be organized at the earliest. “Interested to participate can register their names individually or as a group. The statement also added that grand Kirtans of all the winners will be organized throughout Jammu region by Shree Chandi Mata Trust, Jammu.
“The details of cash transactions by Shree Chandi Mata Trust, Jammu will be going to be published with the commencing of Bhajan Recitation Competition, it added.
