| ABVP supports BAJ bandh call | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Dec 19:Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) has extended its support to the bandh call given by Bar Association Jammu (BAJ) tomorrow against the government’s move to take away powers of registration of documents from judicial officers and shifting the same to the Executive officers.
This decision was taken today in a meeting at ABVP state office Parade. Speaking in the meeting Ajay Sharma ABVP State Secretary said that this move of govt. will increase the sufferings of common people and encourage the lande grabing mafia already active in the state. He further said that by this decision govt. is trying to facilitate the land mafia and powerful persons, by regularizing their illegal encroachments in the state. Sharma further disclosed that ABVP fully supports the justified movement and the Bandh Call on 20th Dec. given by Bar Association Jammu.
Prominent among those present in the meeting include Rakesh Sharma, Raghav Kesar, Ranbir Singh Chib, Balbir Singh, Abhisheak Singh Salathia, Nandeep Singh , Sunny Sambyal, Rohit Manhas, Arun Dev Sing Jamwal and Manik Wazir.
