| PDD daily wagers reminds ‘Omar’ about his promises | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu Dec 19: All J&K PDD Daily Wagers Union held demonstration at Chief Engineer EM&RE Wing, Jammu Office Canal Road Jammu on the successive 6th day and reminded the Omar govt to abide by the promise made to the Union and fulfill all the genuine demands for the welfare of this Union.
The provincial Power Employees Union also extended full support to this Union this cause and Shakti Gupta, President PPEU also stated that in case our demands are not fulfilled, PPEU will also Join in Dharnas as well as other agitation
The protestors during the protest highlighted their demands which include Regularization of Daily Wager Employees employed after 1994 (who have completed seven years or more service in the Deptt.) and Release all the pending wages/salaries of the Need Based employees of this Union
Meanwhile speakers urged the Daily Wagers Need Based employees to stop working in the office and office and come untidily on single platform for redressal of their demands. Tarun Gupta, Kulbushan Singh Kulbir Singh, Balwinder Singh, Deepak Sharma, Raj Kumar, Vikas Samotra, & others spoke on the occasion and highlighted the problems of the PDD employees.
