JKSSSC alleges government discriminating with them | | | EARLAY TRIMS REPORT JAMMU, Dec 19: Jammu and Kashmir State Samaj Sudhar Committee (JKSSSC) today alleged that government is forcing the inhabitants of new colonies to pay huge amount for regularization of these colonies. Addressing media persons, JKSSSC president Muhammad Tousuf Wani demanded that the residential plots under occupation of the house holders in different colonies should be allotted to the occupants under Roshni Act. He said that corruption is prevailing in-the state which has made the general masses to suffer hard as such has made an appeal to the government for passing bill of Lok Ayakut for the state to curb corruption in the state which will be in the best interests of the general masses of the state. Wani alleged that revenue authorities are harassing the people in newly developed colonies. He appealed to the Government to implement its assurances and orders by regularising all daily wagers who have completed their 7 years of continuous daily wage services in respective departments and resolve the issue of VRS employees. JKSSSC leaders however extended their fullest support to the Jammu Bandh call on December 20 given by Bar Association Jammu.
