| JKNPP unit Kathua criticized government for its wrong policies | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU , December 20 : JK National Panther Party (JKNPP) unit district Kathua has convened press conference at its district office under the leadership of district president Ravinder Singh Pathania in the favour of genuine demand of revocation of transferring of land registration work from judiciary to revenue department of BAR Association.
While addressing the press conference the district president of JKNPP Ravinder Pathania categorically criticized and strongly condemned the confused and puzzled statement of finance minister Abdul Rahim Rather in which he stated that the new rule of transferring of land registration work from judiciary to revenue department has been brought in the state as per the tune of other states of India.
He further said if we consider the Rather’s logic of the implementation of the rule then why not state following the rule of de-limitation, rule of five years assembly and non presence of MLCs in the other states of India and then why only the rule of land registration work of other state is followed JK coalition Govt.
He accused the coalition government led by Omar Abdullah for posing anti people policy of transferring the land registration work from judiciary to revenue department and it is nothing more than to encourage the land-mafia and harassment to the common man.
