Follow teachings of Swami Vivekananda : Khajuria

The Bharatiya Janta Yuva Morcha (BJYM) activists celebrated the 143 birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda. The workers n the occasion led by state president of BJP Ashok Khajuria Garlanded the statue of Swami Ji at Vivekananda Chowk here today.
While paying tributes to Swami Vivekananda Khajuria said that a nation can progress only if tis people follow the teachings of their heroes. He stressed the need of living in a volatite militancy affected state. He condemned state government for not accepting the genuine demands of unemployed physical education trainees, Rehbar-e-Taleem teachers and others. He, on this occasion, while terming the Roshni Act as Black Act, demanded that the government should not charge any fee to regularize the lands possessed by the farmers, SCs and poor people living in rural and urban areas. He also asked for a white paper containing details about the properties of ministers and MLAs in 2002 and now. Senior leader of party Daya Krishan Kotwal stressed the need of educating youth about the life of Swami Vivekananda.
State General Secretary Shamsher Singh Manhas said Vivekananda was great soul who spread the message of brotherhood and humanity throughout the world. Other party leaders including Yudhvir Sethi, N.D. Rajwal, Shiv Kumar Gupta and Rajiv Charak, in their addresses stressed the need to follow the teachings of Swami Ji who was instrument in spreading Indian school of thought throughout the world and was in favour of equality for all and wanted to uplift the last poor person. For this purpose he stressed the need of realization of oneness in all.
Balbir Ram, Bansi Lal Bharti, Ch. Vikram Randhawa, Rajesh Guptam, Ramesh Sharma, Omi Khajuria, Ashok Singh Manhas, Dinesh Gupta, Balwan Singh, Arun Khanna, Munish Sharma, Surinder Choudhary, Mukesh Sharma, Sahil Gupta, Pawan Verma, Adarsh Bhajal were prominent among those who were present on the occasion.
