He speaking on the occasion he also demanded that the Mandal Commission’s recommendations be implemented in and SC/ST be given reservation according to population proportion at district, division and state level in all the spheres. The nomenclature for the OSC (Other Social Castes) be changed into OBC ( Other Backward Classes) because it has created problems for OBC to apply in central services. He further demanded exclusion of RBA and ALC from OBC and to give them horizontal reservation according to population proportion. “The creamy layer in the OBC should be abolished and at the same time the income slab be raised from RS 3 lacs to Rs 6LACS and the OBC certificate be issued on caste basis and not on professional basis” he said and added that Jat, Labana, Jogi and Saini should be included in OBC Category. He also sought for reservation to the christen community as weel as to the poor class belonging to the upper caste.
