| JKPDTU strongly crticised government for its callous approach | | | Early Times Report
KATHUA , December 22 : The Jammu Kashmir People’s Democratic Trade Union of district Kathua president Randeep Singh Jasrotia, PDP Zonal president Vinod Gupta and Youth strongly criticized the state coalition Govt. for showing the callous attitude towards the sufferings of the PDD daily wagers who have been struggling to seek their democratic and constitutional right of regular and permanent employment for the last several years.
They alleged the coalition Government for deliberately ignoring the genuine demands of regularization of the PDD daily wagers in order to exploit the potential and skill of young daily wagers at meager and cheap wages who are working day night to run the department even the risk bear zone of the electricity department mostly allotted to these hard worker- daily wagers due to which as more than hundreds of the daily wagers have died.
They demanded all the daily wagers who laid their lives during duty should be given the status of martyr, they should be immediately regularized who have attained seven years in services, and for this the government should come forward honestly to address the problems of the daily wagers. To strengthen the agitation of the daily wagers the JKPDTU would never be left behind it would do its support to daily wagers shoulders to shoulders.
