| Cong MP Madan asks Govt to end BAJ stir | | | Early Times Report
new delhi, Dec 22: Terming the agitation of lawyers as genuine, senior Congress leader and MP Jammu Poonch constituency Madan Lal Sharma has appealed the State Govt to speak to the Bar Association Jammu to end the dead lock.
Terming the agitation as genuine, Sharma extended his support to the Bar Association Jammu. He also requested them to sit on table with the govt. to settle the issue. Congress MP said that this agitation needs to be ended at the earliest as due to this many pilgrims and tourists are suffering. He strongly felt that retaining powers with judicial officers is fine as this will not allow land mafia to grow.
Congress MP also had hoped that the govt. and Bar Association Jammu will settle the issue shortly for the benefit of the general masses. |
