| Ten day camp on Career Counseling by MAM College | | |

JAMMU, Dec 25:A ten day camp on Career Counseling is being organized by the placement, career counseling and information center of Govt. MAM College.
On the day of inauguration, in the first session, the resource person and the counselor for the workshop was Vishal Ray, assistant faculty, JKEDI.
He gave training to the students on employability skills, academic skills, employment settings, personal qualities and made students aware of values, attitudes and worker responsibilities.
The function was started with lighting of lamp.
Jasbir Singh, head, Department of Economics, University of Jammu was the chief guest.
He stressed upon the students to develop skills to approach to their careers and to locate themselves geographically. Both the presentations were followed by the interactive sessions in which the numbers of queries were responded by the resource persons.Ajeet Angral, principal of the college in his welcome address said that the main objective of the camp is to provide a platform to the students to exchange ideas and information about different types of career prospects.
