| FIR against attendant by CMO GMC | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 28: Chief Medical Officer of Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H), Jammu filed a police case against an attendant for using abusive language and debar doctors to perform their official duty here with Bakshi Nagar police station today.
As per complaint lodged with the Police Station Bakshi Nagar, CMO- GMC&H Jammu alleged that one Manjeet Singh entered into a brawl with the doctors in emergency wing of GMC & Hospital when later were performing their duty. He further alleged that the attendant Manjeet Singh forced doctors to administer an injection to his relative in emergency wing, though doctors advised him that before results of the physical tests the same is not possible. He alleged that attendant started using abusive language and entered into a brawl which caused inconvenience to doctors and patients as well.
On the complaint of the CMO police lodged a case under section 353 RPC against the attendant and arrested him. |
