Jammu, Jan 2: Kranti Dal leaders visited different areas of Jammu city like Indira chowk, K C Chowk k. Bus-stand, Jewel Chowk, Gumat, Hari Market, etc to know the problems faced by the shopkeepers.
The Kranti Dal team was led by its city president Rajinder Bhagat .
While interacting with the shopkeepers, Rajinder Bhagat said that there are number of illegal electricity connections running in these areas like big voltage bulb, heaters, electric motors which are being used illogically day and night but all of this illegal work is running under the leadership of concerning PDD inspector, some money charging from these users but deptt. is facing a lot of deficit in revenue.
Jagdish Sudan, senior leader said that those shopkeepers who are not giving bribe, their connection are disconnected by bringing them under the low voltage planning. Shopkeepers are very upset from the attitude of concerning PDD inspector.
Kranti Dal warned the PDD inspector not to harras these shopkeepers otherwise Kranti Dal with the supports of shopkeepers will protest against the attitude of PDD inspector. Kranti Dal also appealed the Chief Engineer of PDD to take personally interest in this matter and solve the issue of shopkeepers who are suffering.
