| PC decide to drop privilege against CE, PHE, Kashmir | | | JAMMU, JANUARY 02-A meeting of Privilege Committee (PC) of Legislative Assembly was held here today under the Chairmanship of MLA, Mr. Harsh Dev Singh.
The meeting decided to drop the privilege issue against Chief Engineer, PHE Kashmir, the notice whereof given by MLA Mr. Abdul Haq Khan following the unconditional apology tendered by the said officer to the MLA, Mr. Abdul Haq Khan. The Committee further deliberated upon the powers, privileges and amenities of sitting legislators and former members of legislative Assembly.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Mustaffa Kamal, Mr. Mohammad Yassen Shah, Mr. Javeed Mustaffa Mir, Mr. Krishan Chander and Mrs. Indu Pawar besides MLAs and Chief Engineer PHE Kashmir Division and MLA, Mr. Abdul Haq Khan, Secretary Mr. M. Ramzan, Deputy Secretary, Mr. Bashir Ahmad Wani, and Under Secretary Mr. Mehraj-ud-Din Najar
