| Chhajja dance competition held at Gandhinagar | | | Jammu, Jan 13
To revive cultural heritage of Jammu and Kashmir, Youth Hostels Association of India, Jammu and Kashmir State Branch today organized a competition of Chajja dance on the occasion of Lohri at Gandhinagar chairman Public Service Commission Mr. Mohammad Shafi Pandit was the chief guest on the occasion.
Chajja was prepared by the youth of every mohalla were the youth displayed talent in designing and decorating chajja by using bomboo sticks and glittering and paper and other articles.
On the occasion, 4 prizes were distributed and every participant group have been given consolation prizes.
Among others, Director Tourism Jammu Mr. Ajay Khajuria and members of Youth Hostels Association of India, J&K Branch were present on the occasion.
