Wo Saat Baras staged by NDKM | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU Jan 3: Nav Durga Kala Manch today staged their first show of 2012 “Wo Saat Baras” based on human relations at Performing Art Studio. The play was written by Reetesh Sharma and Directed by Anil Kotwal. The play was based on the story of a boy who left his ailing mother seven years ago to fulfill his dreams to head to another city. Meanwhile, his mother cried every moment for him and kept waiting for him to come back till her last breath. The play showcases how man leaves behind his loved one’s to fulfill his dreams in this materialistic world but later repents for losing his own loved one’s. The central character of the play was Kishore who had left his mother behind and moved to another city. But seven years later after fulfilling his dreams, he realizes one day that nothing matters more than having someone own and moves back to his home town to be with his mother only to find that she had expired a few days ago. The central character followed with his friend Anil, who helped him get back to his hometown where his cousin and his wife tell him about her mother’s demise. The actors involved in the play are Reetesh Sharma, Anil Kotwal, Dilshad Shazi, Atul Sharma and Sakshi Dogra. Lights were executed by Tarun Sharma while music was handled by Aaditya Bhanu.
