| 83 units of blood donated in 2011: YBO Kishtwar | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Kishtwar Jan 3: Young Blood Organization Kishtwar, a local NGO in Kishtwar District donated 83 points of blood to needy people in the year 2011.
In a press statement issued today spokesperson of YBO stated that besides donating 83 units of blood to needy, 66 units points of blood remain at standby during emergency cases. The Organization also has donated Rs 49875/, the money which were distributed among the poor patients for medicines and other expenses including transportation of patients.
The organization headed by Mustaq Ahmed Bazdar presently had more than 150 registered voluntary blood donors in Kishtwar District and is offering helping hand to the needy and deserving people in crisis.
