| NC Minority Cell demands induction of Bakaya in cabinet | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Jan 3:A meeting of National Conference minority cell from Homeshalibugh constituency was held under the chairman ship of A K Raina, Coordinator South Kashmir, NC Minority Cell.
The meeting was attended by a large gathering comprising of NC workers and general public at Janipur. In the meeting various burning issues were discussed at length of migrant community besides the inclusion of representative in cabinet from Kashmiri Pandit Community. The cell passed the resolution and appealed to Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and patron NC Dr Farooq Abdullah to induct MLC Vijay Bakaya in the state cabinet.
Social Worker Ramesh Bharti stressed in the meeting empowerment of Kashmiri Pandits and demanded enhancement of monthly relief up to RS 15000 besides payment of one time compensation to over aged persons.
