JAMMU, JANUARY 05- In order to carry out the work of conducting the TAN DELTA and IR test of the transformer at the Grid Station, the shutdown of 50 MVA, 132/33KV Grid Station Canal on January 07, 2012 from 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. is allowed.
During the shutdown period, the areas being fed from 33KV/R/Stn Chatta, Satwari, & Tope-I feeders shall remain affected.
Meanwhile, in order to carry the installation of 33 KV CT/PT units for Ring Fencing under R-APDRP of Jammu town, the power supply to the areas including Satwari, Nai Basti, Ashok Nagar, Sanjay Nagar, Digiana, Part of Shastri Nagar, Narwal Pain, Industrial Estate Digiana, Airport, Air Force, Contonement areas Satwari and Military Hospital etc fed from 33 KV lines shall remain affected on January 07, 2012 from 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
The shutdown is subject to fair weather conditions.
