| 10- day training programme for Master Trainers for CAL concludes | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, JANUARY 05- The Training programme for Key Resource Persons (Master Trainers) for Computer Aided Learning (CAL) Centres of Jammu Division concluded today in State Institute of Education, Jammu.
Ms. Archana Magazine, Progamme Officer, DEP-SSA, IGNOU presided over the Valedictory function which was also attended by Faculty of the State Institute of education, Jammu and officials of Directorate of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, J & K.
Twenty teachers from ten districts of Jammu division and two SIE faculty members participated in the ten day programme which started on 26th of December, 2011. The training programme was organized by the Directorate of Sarva shiksha Abhiyan J & K in collaboration with DEP-SSA, IGNOU who provided the national Level Resource persons for the programme. All logistic support for the programme was made available by the State Institute of Education, Jammu.
It would be relevant to mention here that the first phase of training was organized in State Institute of education, Srinagar from 20-30th of December, 2011, also in collaboration with DEP-SSA, IGNOU, in which 24 teachers from 12 districts of Kashmir division and two participants from SIE, Srinagar were trained as key resource persons for CAL teachers of the state
