Jagti inmates expressed gratitude to Chief Minister | | | Early Times Report JAMMU , January 5 : A meeting of JMCC was held at Jagti township under the chairmanship Pintoo ji. The delegation of JMCC which met CM regarding the problems being faced by the Jagti inmates (like 16 hrs power curtailment, Opening of Bank Branch, installation of ATM’s, Police Station, Post office, library, sports stadium, on spot recruitment drive in police Department, enhancement of cash relief , releasing of pending ex-gratia with interest, age relaxation upto 7 yrs, filling of remainin3000 post under PM’s package, and filling of 800 de reserved posts who have already been interviewed. JMCC expressed sincere thanks to Chief Minister for his commitment for reducing curtailment of power supply. The curtailment will remain only for 8 hrs now as per the instructions of CM to the concerned quarters keeping in view the problems being faced by the students community in particular and camp inmates in general. They also appreciated the CM for giving instructions given to J&K Bank to open the Branch and Install the AMT at Jagti. They also expressed hope that the remaining problems which were discussed with them will also be mitigated very shortly. They expressed sincere gratitude to CM for listening patiently the delegation of JMCC and on spot instructions to the concerned quarters to look into the issues raised by Jagti Migrants Coordination Committee. Among others who participated in the meeting were Veer Ji Belove, Jatinder Dhar, K L Koul, Vimal Ji , Ramesh Kumar , A K Pandita , B L Pandita ,Vijay kmr, Chuni Lal, Ramesh Pandita.
