| 11 bovine animals recovered, three arrested | | | JAMMU | JAN 13
Hiranagar Police on specific information recovered 11 bovine animals which were being smuggled to Punjab from Jammu.
On getting a specific tip-off a team led by SHO, Hiranagar Ashok Singh laid a Naka in the area and checked the trucks on way to Punjab. During checking, the Police party seized three Punjab bound trucks and recovered 11 animals from them and arrested three persons.
The arrested persons has been identified as Som Nath S/o Chaman Lal R/o R.S Pura, Muskeen son of Rehman Ali R/o Sonaka and Mandeen S/o Roshan Deen of Kathua.
