ROBKAR charge against SHO Gandhinagar | Amadeep Murder Case: | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, Jan 6 : 2nd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu today took serious note against SHO Police Station Gandhi Nagar Jammu for not complied with the order of Court for execution of warrants against prosecution witness Tej Pal Singh in much publicized Amandeep Murder case and thus framed ROBKAR against SHO P/S Gandhi Nagar Jammu in the matter. 2nd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu Subash C Gupta after hearing both the sides further observed that it can be gathered that the SHO P/S Gandhi Nagar Jammu has made the exercise for execution of arrests warrants issued by the Court against Prosecution witness Tej Pal Singh in casual and routine manner without carrying that the Court is processing the execution of the arrests warrants in a murder case through SSP Jammu. Court is of the considered opinion that SHO P/S Gandhi Nagar Jammu has not complied with the order of this Court, in its letters and spirits. It seems that he has made exercise in the matter in casual and routine manner. Recourse adopt by the SHO in the case, is not warranted under law. Accordingly ROBKAR is framed against SHO P/S Gandhi Nagar Jammu in the matter. Meanwhile Court issued fresh bail-able arrest warrants for Rs 20,000 against Prosecution witness Tej Pal Singh for securing presence in the Court. Court ordered that bail-able arrest warrants issued against Tej Pal Singh be handed over to SHO P/S Gandhi Nagar Jammu for execution personally. Court fixed calendar for examination of prosecution witness Tej Pal Singh on January 16 & 17, 2012. Earlier Court issued bail-able warrants of prosecution witness Tej Pal Singh for securing his presence, is received back un-executed from police station Gandhi Nagar Jammu.
