| Power shut down | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, JANUARY 07-In order to carry out the work of conducting the TAN DELTA and IR test of the transformer at the Grid station, the shut down of 50 MVA, 132/33 KV Grid Station Canal on January 09, 2012 from 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. is allowed.
During the shutdown period, the areas being fed from 33KV R/Stn Chatta, Satwari, & Tope-I feeders shall remain affected.
Meanwhile, in order to carry out the installation of 33 KV CT/PT units for Ring Fencing of Jammu Town, the power supply to the areas including Industries fed from 3 x 10 MVA, 33/11 KV R/ Station BB-I, Bari-Brahmana Town, Kaluchak and MES etc on January 08, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 1.00 p.m and Sidhra Tawi Vihar Colony and adjoining areas on January 09, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. shall remain affected.
Similarly power supply to Narwal, Transport Nagar Jammu, Railway Station, PHE NABARD Complex, part of Qasim Nagar and Fruit Mandi etc shall remain affected on January 10, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
