| People suffer as BSNL’s services down in Rajouri | | |

India's largest Telecommunication company BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam
Ltd) is proving out to be a ‘total flop’ in Rajouri where the customers are badly suffering due to the poor services being offered to them by the BSNL.
From the last four days, BSNL mobile telephony service is almost defunct which in turn is giving a nightmarish experience to the customers.
As and when the customers try to make an outgoing call, the signs of 'Network Busy and Connection Error' start appearing on the screen of their mobile phones and call gets disconnected.
In the absence of proper communication network, common people, professionals and others are suffering badly as they are not able to connect to perform their day to day activities.
Even after holding strong protests and warning to lock BSNL main exchange, no improvement in bad service has been observed.
Locals also raise questions that if other telecom providers as Bharti Airtel, Aircel, Vodafone, Idea and Reliance are providing good service in Rajouri than why BSNL is failing badly. They also demanded BSNL higher authorities and Ministry of
Telecommunication to take strict action in the issue and to take immediate action for improvement of BSNL services in Rajouri.
" They can never expect such a worst service from India's largest telecom provider but BSNL in Rajouri has failed on all grounds. On one side other telecom providers are planning to launch their 3G services in Rajouri while BSNL is utter failure in providing even 2G services to its customers", a locals resident and BSNL customer Asif Kassana said. |
