| Interim bail granted to Manager PNB Reasi | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Jan 9: Special Judge Anticorruption (CBI Cases J&K) Jammu today granted interim conditional bail to Senior Manager of PNB Reasi who was caught red-handed by the CBI while accepting Rs10,000 from the complainant for sanctioning loan of Rs 2 lacs under Self Employment Scheme.
Special Judge Anticorruption (CBI Cases J&K) Jammu BL Bhat today granted interim conditional bail to Parveen Shangloo Senior Manager of PNB Reasi after hearing Adv Rajesh Thappa appearing for the petitioner whereas PP Neeraj Bhardwaj for the CBI. Court ordered that petitioner shall be let-off on interim bail while furnishing surety and personal bond of Rs 50,000 with the conditions that the petitioner shall report to IO during investigation as and when required and for purposes of taking voice sample, he shall report to CBI office for three consecutive days beginning from tomorrow during office hours, that the petitioner shall not try to influence the prosecution witnesses.
"The petitioner shall not leave jurisdiction of this Court without prior permission of this Court. The petitioner shall surrender before this Court on Jan 24, court said. (JNF) |
