Organisation lacked system
Though, the organisers of IHRO T20 Cricket Tournament were feeling ecstatic on concluding the tournament, yet the experts believed that the tournament was simply an eyewash as for as the technical aspect of the game was concerned.
Firstly, the organisers failed to inform the participating teams about the schedule of their matches throughout the tournament as the fixture was not circulated among the teams. Secondly, the officiating panel lacked cricketing background to leave cricketers in the lurch.
What hurt the sentiments of a large gathering, with regard to lack of system in the organisation, was that the organisers kept the chief guest, Raman Bhalla waiting for a while as the they failed to open the main gate of the ground in time. Then, it was only after repeated requests by the organisers that the chief guest attended the function.
