| MRTH confers special award on JK SRTC | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 10: The Jammu and Kashmir State Road Transport Corporation (JKS RTC) has been conferred a special award 2010-2011 by Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MRTH), Government of India for operating public transport under severe geographical conditions.
A. K. Uphaday, Secretary, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India presented the award to the Managing Director, JKS RTC, J. S. Tandon at a function in New Delhi. The award has been conferred in recognition of dedicated efforts of JKSRTC employees to serve the cause of offering transport services at odd hours and adverse times. |
