| Three Bangladeshis arrested | | | R.S. Pura | Jan 14 Three Bangladeshis were arrested by border police during the intervening night of January 13 at Haripur in Arnia. All the three arrested Bangladeshi were well settled in Pakistan and carried out fishing business there. According to reports, police noticed the movement of some suspicious persons at a special naka established at Haripur. On being challenged, they tried to flee from the spot but were overpowered by Police personnel. They were identified as Shuker Ali, 40 years son of Ullhas Ali, Mohd Abdul Munnan, 45 years son of Farkanulla and Mohd Abdul Hussain, 40 years son of Mohd Marwatulla. Pakistani currency to the tune of Rs. 330 and Indian currency valuing Rs. 750 was recovered from their possession. In addition to it, two I-card issued by Pakistani authorities and one Pakistan railway ticket dated January 1, 2007 was also recovered from their possession. During interrogation, they disclosed that all of them were well settled in Pakistan and carrying out the fishing business there.
