Asif Iqbal Naik KISHTWAR, Jan 11: National Investigating Agency (NIA), probing the September 7, 2011, blast outside Delhi High Court, has initiated the process of attachment of properties of the three accused involved in the explosion. As per the letter written by NIA DSP Jalaj Srivastava to tehsildar, Kishtwar, dated 09-01-2011, NIA has sought the details of the accused Amir Ali Kamal alias Akram, son of Ali Mohammad Kamal of Kichloo Mohalla, Kishtwar, Shakir Hussain alias Chota Hafiz, son of Nazir Ahmed Sheikh of Dajji Palmar, Kishtwar, and Junaid Akram Malik, son of Rayaz-ul-Hassan Malik of Dugga Girinagar, Kishtwar. In the letter, the NIA has demanded the details of moveable and immoveable properties registered against the names of the three accused wanted in case No 09/2011/NIA/DLI. When contacted, officials of revenue department, Kishtwar, said that details demanded by the NIA had been given to it. As per the revenue record, there was no property registered on their names, the sources added, saying their parents, however, owned their ancestral houses. Junaid's father had a house on 6 marlas of land which was gifted to him by his father-in-law. |
