Early Times Report JAMMU, JAN 12: National President Kashmiri Pandit Conference (KPC) President - Kundan Kashmiri on Thursday asked the members of KP community to celebrate the holocaust day as Black day on Jan 19. In a statement issued here today, Kundan urged upon the community members to switch off the lights of their residences and business establishments from 6PM to 9 PM on this day. He also urged upon the community members of participate the programmes being organized by the party at their places of residences. Meanwhile, KPC unit of Jagti under the leadership of Kaka Ji Bhat held a meeting wherein the participants flayed the wrong policies of government, which, they said was the reason of the trouble for community members. They alleged that both central and state governments ignored the genuine issues of community, adding that no steps were being taken for their rehabilitation. They demanded immediate enhancement of cash relief, allotment of quarters at Jagti camp to left out KP migrants, allotment of shops to deserving, regular power supply, one time assistance of 25 lac to KP displaced over aged youth, sufficient transport facility to Jagti, immediate passage of temples and Shrines bill, appointment orders to youth in waiting list.
