| Non implementation of Court order banning pvt tuitions and Practice flayed | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Jan 13: National Panthers Students Union (NPSU) today lambasted the state government for not strictly implementing the order of the Hon'ble court for banning the private tuitions by the government teachers and private practice by the government doctors.
Thakur Virender Singh President, JU, NPSU alleged that state government is not strictly implementing the order of the Hon'ble Court regarding the ban on private tuitions by the government teachers, lecturers, Professors, etc. and private practice by the government doctors. Government is keeping mum on this much sensitive issue to shelter and please people in these professions. "Even after the imposition of ban on such practices by Hon'ble court, private tuitions and private practice by these government employees is on peak and government has fail to implement this order of the Hon'ble court of Law, the protestors said. NPSU warned state government to take strict action against such employees and case for the contempt of the court should also be registered against such officials otherwise NPSU will be forced to raise this voice for the betterment of the innocent students.
