| PDD daily wagers continue stir, holds dharna | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
KATHUA, Jan 13: A large number of PDD daily wagers continued their protest dharna in the Sub Division Power Grid office at Hatli Morh, Kathua.
These daily wagers are struggling for their right of permanent regularization in the department. The miseries of these daily wagers have attracted the attention of commoners as well as various political and social organisations.
The vice president of the PDD Daily Wagers Association Susheel Sharma (Lucky) said that the state coalition Government has made number of commitments to regularize the PDD daily wagers but nothing has been seen in practical adding that all promises proved bogus and it seemed the delay is part of Govt's tactics that shows the undemocratic style of the state coalition Govt led by Omar Abdullah.
He said that the coalition Govt. should take bold and appropriate step in order to regularize all the PDD daily wagers while after serving the more than decades.
