| AJKCDF celebrates Makar Sankranti | | |

JAMMU, Jan 15: All J&K Cultural Development Forum (AJKCDF) celebrated Makar Sankranti at Shiv Mandir; Sector 3, Ward No 53 Trikuta Nagar today. Dr Jitendra Singh (National Executive Member and Chief spokesperson BJP) Dr. Ved Ghai and Dr Champa Sharma were special invitees. All the speakers spoke in length about the importance and value of Makar Sankranti in our daily life and advised to celebrate it every year to keep the spirit of our culture alive.
Aseem Gupta (President of the forum) thanked the members and people and special invitees for their participation in the function. A Satsang was held by Satpal Rain a renowned radio singer. Parshad in the shape of 'khichdi' was served to the participants. |
