| Construction work of Jawahar Nagar community hall standing midway | | | Early Times Report
Rajouri , Jan 15: The construction work of community hall to be constructed in Jawahar Nagar area of Rajouri is standing mid-way due to non-serious behaviour of concerned authorities.
Few years back then present State govt approved to construct a community hall complex and soon its work was kick started. But after constructing just base and pillars of this complex, now the concerned authorities are sitting silently which is not only fulfilling expectations of locals but is also washing the image of Govt. Several times local population has apprised the concerned Govt authorities about the matter but no one is paying due attention towards this. This community hall complex is being constructed in front and on the land of DIET (District Institute of Education & Technology) and its construction in such a non-serious way is not only resulting resentment in locals but is also causing problems in the functioning of DIET. Official of DIET have also urged the concerned authorities to complete this construction work so that functioning of this Govt office can go on smoothly. Locals also say that Govt and concerned authorities should complete the construction work of Jawahar Nagar community hall as soon as possible so that locals can avail this benefit. |
