| 97 cross over LoC via Poonch | | |

At least ninety seven persons crossed over from either side via Chaka- de -bagh in Poonch sector here today, while body of a person who had gone to other side was also brought back to this side.
Informed sources disclosed that ninety seven persons crossed from either side of the LoC including Fifty one persons from this side out of which thirty were fresh visitors, while twenty one were the returnees. The body of one Hajji Abdul Razaq son of Fateh Juo resident of ward no. 10 Poonch city who died during his visit to Muzaffarabad was also brought back.
Forty six people crossed to other side of the border which include nineteen fresh and twenty seven returnees. Matloob Khan general Manager ICDS Poonch from Indian side and from POK side the designated officer Nayeem Jaffri was present on the occasion. |
