Resentment expressed on non-supply of essential commodities

Jammu, Jan 16: In a meeting held under the chairmanship of Rajinder Singh Manhas, vice president, PDP youth wing, great resentment was expressed for non-supply of essential commodities like kerosene oil, ration, fire wood, electric supply in snow bound hilly and far flung areas of Mahore zone like Bathoi, Saldhar, Chataba, Shambraj and Dewal.
He urged upon the Government to air lift these essential commodities to the people of the area so that they may not feel any difficulty in getting the necessities of life. He further said that government has failed to prepare pre-disaster management plan well in time for these hilly and far flung areas so that people may not feel any difficulty at the time of any such eventuality.The link roads traffic should be restored on priority basis to these villages.
