| DDC initiates disciplinary action against 21 absentee officials | | | Early Times Report
DODA, Jan 16 : Taking a strong note of the absentism in various government establishments in the Doda Headquarter, District Development Commissioner Doda, Farooq Ahmed Khan today paid a surprise visit to various establishments across the town and found 21 officers/ officials absent from duty and recommended disciplinary action the absentees.
While inspecting the PWD (R&B) Special Sub- Division Doda, 11 (eleven) officials were found absent. They are Mohinder Singh Junior Asstt. , Anil Singh Draftsman, Rakesh Singh Orderly, Jarnail Singh Orderly, Reena Devi Orderly, Lekh Raj Orderly, Divinder Singh Orderly, Mushtaq Ahmed Orderly, Nand Lal Orderly, Zulafqar Ali Orderly and Imtiaz Ahmed Orderly. DDC directed XEn PWD (R&B) Spl. Division Doda to take immediate disciplinary action against the above said absent officials and withheld their pay till further orders.
During the inspection of PHE Division Doda, 3 (three) officials namely Abdul Kabir Junior Asstt. , Sewa Ram Junior Asstt. and Mohinder Nath Junior Asstt were found absent. DDC Doda directed XEn PHE Division Doda to take immediate disciplinary action against the above said absent officials and withheld their pay till further orders. DDC also said that the pay of Shah Mohd. Senior Asstt. be also kept withheld. Later, DDC also inspected Office of the Tehsildar Doda and found 3(three) officials absent from duty. They are Asha Kumar Kotwal Senior Asstt., Mohd. Akram and Mohd. Maqbool orderlies. DDC Doda directed Tehsildar Doda to take immediate disciplinary action against the above said absent officials and withheld their pay till further orders. He further said that the pay Om Parkash Junior Assistant be also kept withheld and sought explanation for providing wrong information. He also directed Tehsildar Doda to immediately relieve Asha Kumar Kotwal Sr. Asstt. to report his original place of posting.While inspecting the Office of Assistant Commissioner Development Doda, 2 (two) officials were found absent from duty which are Shakeel Ahmed Assistant Director Planning and Bal Krishan Orderly. DDC Doda directed ACD Doda to take immediate disciplinary action against the above said absent officials and withheld their pay till further orders. |
