New generation shall do great deal to project glory of India : Bhim | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, Jan 17:Bhim Singh, Chairman, National Panthers Party and Member, National Integration Council has called on the youth in particular to keep in mind that India’s culture and civilization are the oldest treasures of love, respect and humility. The new culture of expressing resentment by blackening faces are throwing ink on the faces of distinguished (even ordinary) notables is a negative side or even a derogation of the great cultural ethos of India. We have tremendous amount of rules, laws, right of expression in the society recognized by the rule of law to express our disagreement or resentment or lodge our protest against any individual or school of thought. The new generations, particularly those who feel proud of being Indians shall do a great deal to project the glory of India to the whole world. I feel pained to read about such cheap tactics; throwing ink on somebody’s face or blackening somebody’s face on the wall. The NPP leader who travelled around the world on motorcycle for five years moved in the most backward and neglected areas in Latin America, Africa, South-East Asia and the Arab World. He said that he did not find one occasion when anybody, anywhere or in any culture ever tried to insult him or abuse him rather the people wherever he went showed respect and honour when learnt that he was an Indian. This is the time that the youth of India take up the courage to reject the wrong temptations so that all of us may work together to make India great and strong to lead the world towards peace and glory.
