Kranti Dal demands stadium at Sunderbani
1/18/2012 12:13:27 PM
EARLY TIMES REPORT
SUNDERBANI, Jan 17: Youth Working President Kranti Dal, Jagdish Sudan alongwith other members visited the block and held a meeting today, wherein they appealed the state government for developing a cricket stadium in the area as soon as possible. Block president Sunderbani, Mahesh Raina was also present in the meeting.
“Development of a cricket stadium in the area is the need of the hour as the rural youth are immensely talented, but haven’t much facility to fine-tune themselves. If provided proper guidance and coaching, these players have the potential to bring laurels for the state and for themselves also,” said Jagdish.
The members said that Sunderbani is the middle point of many surrounding places including Kangri Bajabain, Dhokbanyar, Thichka, Saleri, Kalideh, Ghai, Malla, Thandapani, Bhakar, Siot, Chani, Prat, Bhambla, Seri Sayal, Pouni etc.
The members further said that they will approach the sports minister and demand the construction of the stadium at an earliest to help youth of the area in honing their skill.
