| PDD daily wagers continues protest | | | Early Times Report
KATHUA , January 17 : A large number of PDD daily wagers continued their protest dharna in the Sub division power grid office at Hatli Morh, Kathua.
These daily wagers are still struggling for their genuine right of permanent regularization in the department.
The vice president of the PDD daily wagers association Susheel Sharma (Lucky) said that the state coalition Government has made number of commitments and promises to regularize the PDD daily wagers very soon but nothing has been seen in practical manner.
It seems that the status and dignity of this coalition Government has lost and produced before the people as group of few self-styled and undemocratic people which is led by the Omar Abdulla.
He said that we people are surviving on just a meager salary 3300 to 4000 and our family even the children cannot take the proper food daily, then how can we make our family prosperous and happy, how can we people provide education to our children while these politicians ministers MLAs and bureaucrats are not satisfied with earning huge crores of rupees per years.
He said that the coalition Government should take bold and appropriate step in order to regularize all the PDD daily wagers while after serving the more than decades.
