PDP demands employment for 'fake arms licence' beneficiaries
1/18/2012 10:49:49 PM
EARLY TIMES REPORT

Jammu, Jan 18: Some time back a case of issue of Fake Arms Licences came to light and the Government constituted and Enquiry Committee for the same.
The Arms Licences issued in favour of large number of beneficiaries were also kept withheld due to which many persons who were working in Maharashtra, Gujrat, Karnatka, Goa and other states of the Country have lost their employments and they along with their families members have come on road.
The officers concerned who had issued these so-called Fake Licences would have been taken to task instead of withholding the Arms Licences of the concerned beneficiaries. This was stated by Shamsher Singh Mangral a senior PDP leader.
He urged the Government to immediately restore these Arms Licences in favour of the concerned beneficiaries and if this may not be possible due to administrative contingencies the beneficiaries may be provided with a Government job so that they may be able to earn their livelihood and their families may not suffer of no fault of theirs.
