| PDD daily wagers locked SE office, staged massive rally | | |

JAMMU, Jan 19 : Taking another step forward in their on going stir, PDD daily wagers and need base workers today staged a massive rally and later locked the office of SE (Supdt. Engg) of the department.
These PDD employees under the banner of PDD daily wagers union Rajouri, staged a massive rally that started from Xen office Salani to the Power station Thudi.
Later these employees locked the office of SE, PDD and paralysed its work. After shutting down this office for a longer time, police and higher officials interfered in the matter and then these employees reopened the office.
Addressing the situation, District President of Daily wagers union, Rajinder Bakshi said that now they will not end up their strike until and unless their demands are not fulfilled.
When Supdt Engg (SE) of PDD for Rajouri range, Manmohan Singh was contacted, he said that their is no deficiency from the side of PDD wing Rajouri in fulfilment of the issues of these daily wager .
