| Govt employee lodges complaint against SHO Kalakote | | | Early Times Report
Jammu Jan 19: A government employee lodged a complaint against Station House Officer, Kalakote K D Bhagat in court alleging that the SHO harassed him in the shape of fabricated cases lodged against him.Mohd Shabir, a driver posted with CDPO Kalakote, in his complaint to court has alleged that SHO has threatened of his encounter in presence of Sarpanch of halqa Ihalyote when he along with people of the area went to police station to know about what crime Shabir had committed who was detained by the police. He alleged that SHO took cudgel on him during Panchayat elections he openly came on fore front against the police's hand in glove with other political party's candidate. Demanding probe, the complainant alleged that SHO has fabricated two cases against him under section 107 RPC. Meanwhile, SHO Bhagat, when contacted said that he had good reputation in the area and is not fearing of any complaint. |
